NJ bearings NJ 209 ECP Cylindrical Roller Bearings NJ209ECP 45x85x19mm Cylindrical Roller Bearing in NU design has integral flanges at the outer ring and a displaceable inner ring without flanges Permits axial displacement between shaft and housing in both directions - allowing linear expansion which makes bearing ideal for use as a floating or guide bearing Used where heavy loads are combined with high speeds High operational reliability and running accuracy Quiet operation, low vibration and operating temperatures Easy mounting, little maintenance and a long service life .Typical applications for roller bearings include stationary or automotive gearboxes, electric motors, pumps and compressors, material handling equipment and paper machines to name a few.There are different types designated NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF for single-row bearings, and NNU, NN for double-row bearings depending on the design or absence of side ribs.
Cylindrical rollers and raceways are linear contact bearings. Load capacity, mainly bear radial load. The friction between the rolling body and the ferrule is small, suitable for high-speed rotation. According to the presence or absence of ribs, it can be divided into NU, NJ, NUP, N, NF and other single-row cylindrical roller bearings, and NNU, NN and other double-row cylindrical roller bearings. The bearing has a separable inner ring and outer ring structure.Generally use steel plate stamping cage, or copper alloy car body cage. But some also use polyamide forming cages
Cylindrical roller bearings can provide axial guidance of the planet.This can be carried out by means of axial washers and retaining rings arranged on both sides of the rolling element .The bearings are available as single row and double row locating bearings. They can support not only high radial forces but also axial forces in both directions and can therefore guide shafts axially in both directions.The bearings are supplied in an open design. They are not greased and can be lubricated with oil or grease.The rolling elements are protected against damage and loss during transport by means of a plastic sleeve.
